Local Communities vs Local Authorities: How to cooperate without compromising social goals, values, identity?

The modern world has long been living and growing with tendency for horizontal connections, not vertical hierarchy. This applies particularly to urban development and building capable affluent communities.

How can the newly elected government, on which fast forward advanced solutions begin expected, start the process of building a dialogue with the city? How to effectively combine the potential of the city, authority officials, business opportunities and expectations of the community?

The event , at which the newly elected mayors and active townspeople sit "at one desk" and with an example of successful cities know the functioning of territorial development institutes, and why in the cities live happy residents.

Mayors and their teams will learn how not to come into conflict with the community and work together effectively. Urban activists and local communities will hear tips on how to cooperate with the authorities, while not losing their own identity and their own achievements.
